Awards, Honors & Recognition
Lehigh is committed to values of excellence, integrity, equitable community, intellectual curiosity, collaboration, and leadership. We are proud that so many of our students truly embody these ideals. These students put forth tremendous effort to contribute to Lehigh University, as well as to the local and global communities. As a result, we are committed to recognizing them for the indelible mark they will leave on Lehigh and the impact they have on their peers.
The Dean of Students office publishes a list of all regular undergraduates who during that semester made a scholastic average of 3.60 or better and carried at least twelve hours of regularly graded courses (A, B, C, D, F).
Honors Convocation recognizes the academic achievement of juniors and seniors who earned a cumulative grade point average of 3.6 or higher. Provost and Vice President of Academic Affairs Pat Farrell told those in attendance, "These young women and men did not come to Lehigh to blend in; they came here to stand out."
