Reservation requests for outdoor space on lower Asa Campus can be placed at Reserve event space

  • Leadership Plaza**
  • Memorial Walkway
  • Sacred Grove**
  • Sculpture Garden**

  • University Center Front Lawn
  • Vresics Walkway**
  • Wilbur Fountain Area**

** Reserve through Conference Services (610-758-5306).  The other Outdoor locations please reserve through the Student Center Facilities office (610-758-4163).  After your reservation is confirmed for Outdoor Space on campus an Outdoor Activity Permit must be completed and faxed to the office confirming the reservation.             Lehigh University Outdoor Activity Notification form
