About this Event
SWE, A.O.E., and WiSE are partnering to host the fourth annual Women in STEM dinner. The purpose of the dinner is to encourage a discussion about what it means to be a minority in the STEM field and it is open to students, faculty, and STEM professionals. This year marks 50 years of Women at Lehigh and we hope to not only celebrate this milestone, but also continue to work towards a more inclusive campus and professional environment.
Due to social distancing requirements, this event will be hosted virtually and will begin with group discussions in small breakout rooms as an opportunity to meet new people. We then have the pleasure of hosting SaLisa Berrien, Founder and CEO of COI Energy, to be our keynote speaker. SaLisa is a huge support to the Bethlehem community and is the Founder and Board Chair of STRIVE Inc. a charitable organization founded in Allentown, PA in 1995 which focuses on STEM leadership development training for students in 3rd through 12th grades.
