Biochemistry/Music, HMS

I became a Peer Health Advisor in order to prepare me as I plan to study Nutrition in graduate school, as well as to help my peers in making healthy choices here at Lehigh as well as post-grad.  In addition to PHA, I'm also involved in Greek Life, A Capella, and the TRAC Program.

Alexandra Donnelly

HMS/Women and Gender Studies

I became a Peer Health Advisor because I want to work in the medical field after college and I hope to work with my peers to increase my knowledge of health and wellness. I am also involved in Greek life and play on the Club Water Polo team.

Julia Feindt

jmf216@lehigh.edu

Biology/HMS

I became a Peer Health Adviser because I feel that college students need the most guidance in terms of how to have a health lifestyle.  They are becoming increasingly independent and more in charge of the decisions that affect their bodies. Not only do I want to help people but I am also interested in learning the most effective ways to keep myself in optimal health.

Stephanie Geismar

sjg216@lehigh.edu

Psychology/Spanish

I chose to become a PHA because I believe it crucial for both myself and my fellow students to have a thorough education regarding all sects of health. This knowledge can then be spread and employed in every day life, making our campus and society as a whole a more functional and stable environment.

Thomas Huntley-Loehr

Biology/Business

As a pre-health student, I decided to join the Peer Health Advisers to advocate for general health preservation strategies. It was a great opportunity to bring what I have learned to life in a way that enables me to reach out to fellow students. It has allowed me to rise as a leader and encompasses a real sense of teamwork and camaraderie.

Molly Nemerever

I have always been interested in new and innovative ways to live a healthier lifestyle.  When I came to college I knew that I was on my own to keep track of my health.  I am excited to constantly be learning about health issues, especially those specific to Lehigh, and to also have the ability to help educate my colleagues.

I wanted to be in Peer Health Advisers because I am interested in a career in the health professions so I thought it would be a great way to help promote health on campus. It was a way for me to get involved in something I am very interested in and hopefully help others in the process.
