Chelsea Fullerton is a Southern-born, queer and bisexual educator and student affairs practitioner with a passion for empowerment and curriculum development at the intersections of multiple identities.  In her current work as Director, she works to build coalitions across campus to improve policies and practices, as well as empower student leaders to create a more inclusive institutional community.  She also facilitates workshops across the country for educators, higher education administrators, and college students; additionally, she works with organizations on both local and national levels to create engaging ways to educate and mobilize communities on LGBTQ awareness, racial justice, and building inclusive campus and organizational climates.  She believes in tarot, public radio, vegan food, and the Oxford comma.

Scott Burden was born and raised in the great state of Michigan, where he began his journey into student affairs as an undergraduate student at Calvin College.  Through various leadership opportunities and the embrace of his queer identity, Scott found his way to Grand Valley State University studying in their Master's Program for College Student Affairs Leadership.  During his time there, he served for two years as the graduate assistant in their LGBT Resource Center.  Scott has a deep passion for student support and hopes to empower students to move toward authenticity in all aspects of their lives.  He also has a passion for educating students, faculty, and staff about intersectional social justice and Queer politics.  In his spare time, you will find him reading a book, riding his bike, or going out for a run! 



Amanda Slichter

Amanda Slichter, an Assistant Director of Residence Life, also serves as the Training & Education Coordinator for the Pride Center.  She brings an M.A. in Conflict Analysis and Dispute Resolution from Salisbury University in Maryland, and a breadth of experience in diversity programming, supervision, crisis response, and career counseling roles.  In addition to advising the SPEAK Educators, Amanda's focus is to create and facilitate customized educational opportunities for faculty & staff members.  Understanding that identity development is life-long work, and that LGBTQ+ learning happens at the intersection of many identities, she works to maintain sustainable and intentional relationships with campus partners.  As a proud bisexual feminist, Amanda is always eager to hear students' stories and discuss issues of inequity.  She is passionate about social justice, Sal's pizza, and her cat.

Rob Suerth

Rob Suerth is a native of Chicago, Illinois and a Lehigh alum. He graduated in 2013 with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s in School Counseling in 2016. In addition to serving as the Pride Admissions Liaison, he works closely with social media efforts and the diversity team as an Admissions Counselor in the Office of Admissions. His travel territory includes: Maryland, Delaware, Iowa, Nebraska, Kansas, Missouri, and China. 

Jamir Connelly

Jamir was born and raised in Philadelphia. He's  a part of numerous programs and organizations, which includes but isn't limited to: Lehigh's Black Student Union, where he is the current treasurer, The National Society of Black Engineers, as well as the Latino Student Alliance. He also spends a lot of time in the Pride Center, Zollener Arts Center, and the M Room. So if you're near any of them, stop by and say hi!! Not only does he have a passion for learning, but he has a passion for diversity and inclusion as well. He enjoys reading books. And he loves to write. He also believes that its important to  use are voices for the empowerment of others.
