Each year, our office sponsors a couple of students to attend the National Conference on Student Leadership in Orlando, Florida to learn more about current leadership topics and trends and create a community among other leaders on campus. Students are nominated by staff members to participate in this experience. If you were nominated, you will recieve an email during the month of September. It is not guaranteed that we host students to attend this conference each year.

NCSL 2023 Trip

NCSL provided me with information and clarification regarding how to apply various leadership characteristics to my distinct leadership roles at Lehigh. Via the experience, I forged new friendships with my peers in the Lehigh cohort and checked multiple goals off of my bucket list!

NCSL 2022 Trip

The opportunity to attend NCSL has broadened my understanding of what it means and what I am capable of bringing to Lehigh as a student leader. Leaving this conference I will always keep this in mind, "You're good, you're great, you're worth it."
