My event was approved for this semester, what do I do?

All non-essential gatherings of 25 or more people are strongly discouraged, and events for 50 or more individuals are prohibited through at least the end of the academic year on Wednesday, May 13. Organizers should postpone meetings and events, or consider remote technology. This period of time may be extended as needed. 

We will plan to do our best to honor Spring 2020 approved requests come Fall semester. LAD will reach out to your group when more information is available. 

My club would like to reschedule an already approved event for next year; what steps should I take?

Can I still submit an event for next semester?

Sure. Submit your event here after reading through the guidelines. Since most of our LAD Committee is currently working remotely, please allow a little more time for program approvals.
