  1. Alpha Phi Sorority is placed on disciplinary probation effective February 12, 2015 through May 31, 2015. Disciplinary probation is the conditional continuation of a group or organization for a specified period of time not to exceed four semesters. This status implies that any further violation of this Code of Conduct may result in dissolution, termination, or other authorized sanctions. Other sanctions may be imposed, including limitations on social activities, and additional requirements may be imposed as conditions for reinstatement of recognition in good standing.
  2. The following educational sanction is being imposed. All of your Spring 2015 new members are required to attend a program on the Medical Amnesty Policy this semester. It is to be completed by March 15, 2015. For further information please contact Allison Gulati.
  3. The following educational sanction is being imposed. All of the chapter's sophomore members are required to participate in the red watch band program. It is to be completed by March 15, 2015. For further information please contact Allison Gulati.
  4. The following educational sanction is being imposed. The chapter is required to have a staff member from the Office of Student Conduct & Community Expectations meet with your Standards Board to discuss appropriate and effective sanctioning. It is to be completed by March 15, 2015. For further information please contact Chris Mulvihill.
  5. The following educational sanction is being imposed. The Chapter's executive board is required to attend T.I.P.S. Training this semester.  It is to be completed by April 1, 2015. For further information please contact Tim Wilkinson.

  2. Alpha Phi is required to complete the Alcohol and Social Host training with Danny Grzesik and host a discussion on alcohol use and abuse with a member of the Counseling Center, to be completed by the end of the spring 
  3. Alpha Phi's privileges to host a social function with alcohol have been suspended through the spring 2011 semester.
