  2. The National Office and Briarfield Association will implement their proposed plan.
  3. During the probationary period, an authorized member of the organization is required to meet with a representative of the Office of Fraternity and Sorority Affairs on a monthly basis.
  4. Current members are not permitted to participate in Lehigh University's Greek Alumni events until the spring 2015 semester.
  5. All members of the chapter, including the spring 2010 new member class, are to be removed from the organization.  The National office has the option to place these members on alumni status.
  6. Any further violations of the Code of Conduct will result in a formal hearing (with Dissolution/Termination recommendation).
  7. Alcohol free housing through December 31, 2012.
