  3. Presentation to IFC:  Using this situation as a case study, discuss what Kappa Alpha did right and how Kappa Alpha could have hosted a safer event. Explain the medical amnesty policy at Lehigh University and how it applied in this case. Finally discuss organizational/personal liability in situations like this case, and also how it is explained in the article “The Dark Power of Fraternities”. This presentation will take place at an IFC meeting (with approval from the IFC president) and must be seen by Holly Taylor.

The chapter is required to investigate the matter and determine which, if any of the "top 5" (Executive Board) were present during the incident.  These members are removed as active members in the organization and are prohibited from participating in any chapter activities while they are undergraduate students.
