  1. ​Pi Kappa Alpha Fraternity is placed on disciplinary probation effective September 11, 2015 through December 31, 2015.
  2. Presentation to IFC - include information about PKA's 2 violations stemming from off campus parties this semester, statistics regarding off campus parties busted by LUPD/BPD that are at "Greek houses",how the actions of 1-2 brothers can affect the whole chapter, and any other information that you believe is important to share. 
  3. Invite Holly Taylor to an upcoming chapter meeting to discuss past incidents. It is to be completed by October 9, 2015.
  4. Risk Management Policy - continue to work on updating this policy with the help of the brothers of PKA, the OFSA, and the Office of Student Conduct as needed. This new and improved policy should be submitted to the Office of Student Conduct by December 31, 2015.
  5. If there are ANY other violations of ANY Lehigh policies by PKA during the 2015-2016 academic

  5. The chapter is required to work with Zeta Tau Alpha and OFSA on a comprehensive educational program on the Lehigh University Medical Amnesty policy for the entire Greek Community. A portion of this program must include education for spring 2015 new members.
