Lehigh University has partnered with the Posse Foundation beginning in 2018 to bring 10 outstanding leaders to campus from the San Francisco/Bay Area as part of each incoming undergraduate class. We are currently in the search for the Posse mentor for the next incoming cohort -- Posse 8 -- and for future years.
The Posse mentor is typically a faculty member, though professional staff members are also eligible and have served in this position. This is a significant service appointment that provides one course release per semester for four semesters for faculty. The program also funds engagement programming facilitated by the mentor.
Please join us at a session from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday February 19th with some of Lehigh's current and former Posse mentors to learn more about this tremendously rewarding position. A Zoom link will be provided for those who are not able to join us in person. Feel free to reach out to Lehigh's Posse Liaison, Denise Beautreau if you have any questions or if you will not be able to attend and like to learn more about the mentor role.
