20 Minute Microlearning: Evaluating/Negotiating a Job Offer for Graduate Students

The 20 Minute Microlearning series is designed exclusively for graduate students to build skills and connections for career success. In this workshop, you will learn to identify factors to consider when evaluating a job offer, strategies for the negotiation process, how to respond to requests for salary history and requirements, and tips for formulating a counter proposal. You will also learn about CCPD resources to support you through the evaluation and negotiation of a job offer. This workshop will allow you to expand your knowledge and translate your learning into actionable steps plus ask your questions about evaluating and negotiating a job offer. The Graduate Career Portfolio (go.lehigh.edu/gradcareerportfolio) will also be highlighted.
