Classroom cultural expectations on the part of students can differ from country to country. As a potential international teaching assistant (ITA), you may be asking some important questions. What do undergraduate students expect from me as an ITA from another country? What challenges might I face? And, how do I help students learn more actively? These are all questions that will be addressed from a cultural and linguistic perspective.
Hosted by: International Center for Academic and Professional English (ICAPE)

Come out to explore the biodiversity of South Bethlehem during the Bethlehem Greenway BioBlitz, a casual biodiversity survey that anyone of any skill or fitness level can attend! This event is part of the Lehigh Bioblitz Club's Fall Bioblitz. We will be using the iNaturalist platform to record and identify organism observations. No prior experience is required to participate.
The program will last 1-2 hours on a Saturday afternoon, and we will walk along part of the Bethlehem Greenway trail to see what plants and creatures we can find right in the city! We will be meeting at the Western end of the Greenway trail (just South of Anna's Brick Oven Pizza). Details will be confirmed a few days before the event.
Contact kaa225@lehigh.edu with any questions.

Students interested in joining a fraternity or sorority are required to attend a Greek PREP program. Greek PREP stands for Greek Pre-Recruitment Education Program. As a result of participating in this program, students will learn about the structure and mission of the Fraternity and Sorority community, policies and expectations, appropriate interactions with chapters, available opportunities that exist at Lehigh and proper communication methods. This program is an important element in demonstrating to interested students the value of the fraternity and sorority experience so that students are best equipped to prepare them for the opportunity of joining a fraternity or sorority at Lehigh.
Hosted by: Cultural Greek Council, Fraternity and Sorority Life, Lehigh University Interfraternity Council, Office of Student Involvement , Panhellenic Council
