Lehigh University Brazilian Jiu Jitsu will be having a practice held at a nearby BJJ gym (10th Planet Bethlehem). This practice will be from 1:30-3:30pm and will be a private, Lehigh-only class going over basic self-defense techniques (beginners and experienced). The actual class will be from 1:30-2:30pm. From 2:30-3:30pm, we will be watching videos and going over what was taught in class and other general information about Jiu Jitsu.
Attire --> T-shirt and shorts!
$10 due for people who don't have 10th Planet Bethlehem memberships! Donations are also encouraged to support coaching staff.

In this 2 hour workshop, Bess Rowen (Assistant Professor of Theatre at Villanova) teaches the basics of intimacy choreography! This seminar will provide the attendees with tools that can be used in performance settings to set boundaries, initiate conversations around consent, translate stage directions into movement involving more than one body, and more. By the end of the workshop, folx should feel empowered & equipped to engage with the physicality of creative texts in a way that is comfortable for all of the artists involved.
