This 60-minute drop-in workshop focuses on mindfulness - or the practice of getting in touch with the present moment, without judgment or evaluation. This includes rotation through four workshops that cycle through four different ways to practice and explore mindfulness. All students are welcome. No previous experience needed.

Come out to Library Drive in front of the UC on Thursday, 11/3 from 7-9 for banner painting sponsored by Lehigh After Dark!! Banners/sheets and terrible towels, as well as markers and spray paint provided. All banner material will be monitored for appropriate content prior to leaving the premises. Free desserts and hot beverages!!

F.U.S.I.O.N. (Fostering Unity Staged In One Night) is a multi-cultural event hosted by Asian Cultural Society and Black Students Union. FUSION is an event that hopes to help illustrate the vast cultural wealth Lehigh and its students have to offer. So many cultures tell their histories through dance and with events like FUSION, the Lehigh community is shown a part of these highly important histories on stage.
