Another thing added to the list of things to navigate. "What can I take?" "Should I go to the Health & Wellness Center?" "How do I navigate that?" "Where even is the Health Center?" "What might that visit look like?"
Getting sick is unpredictable; learn how to navigate your illness and how to take care of yourself before you get sick. Join the Health & Wellness Center's Nurse Practitioners Suzanne Cleary and Kathi Mashintonio as they discuss illnesses commonly seen in our Lehigh community and how to take care of yourself.
We will be providing various foods for self care during illness - soups, fruits, and beverages.
