Advertising Your Event

How do you enhance your event?

Are you looking to:

• Maximize the number of participants
• Enhance marketing efforts
• Extend the event beyond your group

 Check out these strategies below! We recommend you implement the following at least one week prior to your event.

• Invite other members or peers outside of the group to attend the event. If possible, have members “bring” at least 2 people to the event

• Share poster/flyer in at least 2 GroupMe’s

• Market on Instagram, LINC, University Announcements

• Have the Brown&White do a pre-event write-up

• Share in the beginning of your courses (orally or in chat)

• Submit to be featured on the LehighU instagram account

• Submit your flyer through the Digital Information Boards (DIBS) 

• Chalk about your event across campus. Places where you can chalk.
