This workshop aims to equip students with essential leadership skills, helping them navigate their first year at Lehigh with confidence and resilience. Through a fun, experiential activity, participants will explore the dynamics of change and the challenges they will encounter during their college journey.

Leadership LaUnchpad is a series of stand-alone leadership workshops throughout the Fall semester designed to assist first-year students to cultivate their leadership skills, discover their personal leadership philosophy, and gain knowledge about current leadership trends. Using the 5 bLUeprint foundations as a premise, students will participate in experiential-learning workshops and group discussions to LaUnch into their leadership journey at Lehigh. These workshops count towards the 5x10 requirement and a meal is provided at each workshop. Due to room capacities and food purposes, students must RSVP on LINC.

Mr. Binod Anand, the Secretary General of the Confederation of NGOs of Rural India (CNRI), this panel presentation will address how CNRI advocates for environmental sustainability by implementing sustainable agriculture practices and ESG policies in the rural parts of India. He will share the importance of youth engagement in STEM research and advocacy at the United Nations as tools to promote economic stability and environmental sustainability in remote parts of the world. Participants will be encouraged to ask questions.
