The ASAs continue to encourage the community to keep up this tradition by hosting a Brown and White Friday promotional table in a central location on campus. This workshop aims to equip students with essential leadership skills, helping them navigate their first year at Lehigh with confidence and resilience. Through a fun, experiential activity, participants will explore the dynamics of change and the challenges they will encounter during their college journey.

Leadership LaUnchpad is a series of stand-alone leadership workshops throughout the Fall semester designed to assist first-year students to cultivate their leadership skills, discover their personal leadership philosophy, and gain knowledge about current leadership trends. Using the 5 bLUeprint foundations as a premise, students will participate in experiential-learning workshops and group discussions to LaUnch into their leadership journey at Lehigh. These workshops count towards the 5x10 requirement and a meal is provided at each workshop. Due to room capacities and food purposes, students must RSVP on LINC.
