Fundraising event for the Boys and Girls Club of Bethlehem in collaboration with Phi Sigma Chi and PwC. We hope to bring awareness to the incredible impact the BGC has on young individuals. All of our organizations' missions align in valuing the building of relationships and pursuit of individual development as leaders, students, and professionals. The sex communication workshops are a series of 4 self-reflection and discussion based workshops. Their goal is to help students explore their awareness, attitudes, knowledge, and skills about sexuality in order to create pleasurable interactions during sex through effective communication and the ability to understand and know one’s self and partners. These workshops are designed to create a foundation for a lifelong process because competence with one sex partner does not mean competence with another.
Workshop 4 Sexual Communication addresses the following topics:
-Developing positive attitudes towards consent, positive attitudes towards active ongoing communication during sex, and positive attitudes and respect for sexual partners.
-Skills to effectively communicate verbally and nonverbally with sexual partners.
