The term “Wellness” can have many meanings. What does it mean to you?
If you're curious about how to support your own wellness and the wellness of others, we invite you to join us for UCPS’s CareWell series. Throughout these discussions, we'll reflect on what it means to be well, how to create an environment suitable for wellness, and explore what to do when you're worried about others.
This discussion will explore and allow space for practicing what it might look like to support others. Join us for role plays, practice, and practical advice on how you can support those around you while still caring for yourself.

Join Lehigh Libraries Special Collections for an event celebrating one of our first five graduates, Miles Rock ‘69, by reading and transcribing his Civil War diaries.
Miles Rock was the only Lehigh student to have fought in the Civil War and meticulously documented his life through his diaries and correspondence with his family and friends.
Don’t miss this opportunity to get first-hand experience with 160+ year old documents and read the words of one of Lehigh’s most important graduates. Help others learn about Miles by making his words easy to read and searchable.
