The why?
After the intensity of the 2024 presidential election, the event offers college students a much-needed opportunity to unwind, recenter, and rejuvenate. Over two days, immerse yourself in a series of relaxing activities designed to relieve the stresses of electoral campaigning and the tension of the political season.
Whether you're looking to find your inner peace through meditation, stretch out with immersive yoga sessions, or simply have fun while learning new skills like dumpling making and pottery, this experience has something for everyone. Join us for a blend of relaxation and creativity that will help you recharge your mind and body, leaving you refreshed and ready to take on the rest of the semester.
"Campus Calm" is more than just a break—it's a chance to reconnect with yourself, meet new friends, and enjoy a peaceful retreat in the company of like-minded students.
