The student organization must be recognized by and in good standing with the University at the time the event is scheduled to take place.
A student organization cannot use Student Senate funding to purchase alcohol, controlled substances or drugs.
If the recognized student organization is affiliated with a national/international organization whose risk management policy is more strict than University policy in whole or in part, the student organization must follow the more restrictive policy or provision.
The student organization must comply in all respects with this policy and procedures.
