This photography exhibit will provide a window into what it means to belong on campus as a first generation student. In this project, over 50 first generation students took photographs of people, places, and things that help or hinder their sense of belonging within the Lehigh community. Students took photographs representing a range of themes. This gallery exhibit will feature photographs and reflections from these students as well as ideas on how to foster belonging on campus. The gallery exhibit is open to the whole community. We invite you to visit the exhibit and reflect on your own experiences of belonging at Lehigh, how your various identities have shaped your experiences of belonging, and learn more about the experiences of first generation students at Lehigh.

The sex communication workshops are a series of 4 self-reflection and discussion based workshops. Their goal is to help students explore their awareness, attitudes, knowledge, and skills about sexuality in order to create pleasurable interactions during sex through effective communication and the ability to understand and know one’s self and partners. These workshops are designed to create a foundation for a lifelong process because competence with one sex partner does not mean competence with another.
