This 5x10 program allows students to explore what they are capable of with a little persistence and see how physical exercise can be a great way to alleviate pressure from classes. Students will have a short teaching/workshop session going over climbing as an exercise form and as sport. They will then step out of their comfort zones and obtain innovative ways to reach new heights at Taylor Gym’s Lane Challenge Climbing Wall. Physical exercise can be an outlet for many students to relieve stress, have fun, and try something new! With encouragement from others and one’s personal determination students will see what can be accomplished by going one step further. Sign ups will be through Sign-up Genius.

Join the Dominican Culture Club as we host our first-ever movie night! We will be showing "Sanky Panky", a Dominican movie known for its comedic nature as well as its exposition of some of the beautiful sights and locations on our island. Sanky Panky does a great job of representing the Dominican immigrant experience in a way that connects with many Dominican-Americans but is also lighthearted and provides comedic relief. During these meetings, faculty/staff members will help students set academic and personal goals, consider resources for success, and encourage thoughtful reflection around bLUeprint's 5 Foundations. The first meeting will include discussing the student's overall transition to Lehigh, goal setting, and planning and tracking progress of the 5x10 program. The first meeting should take place in September around week 3 of classes.
