5x10: Greek Recruitment PREGAME

Event Date

All students interested in joining a Greek organization in Spring 2020 must attend "Greek Recruitment PREGAME," an alcohol education program. The goal is this program is to educate first year students on harm reduction practices and promote safe and healthy choices. OFSA Staff and students will also educate first year students about the opportunities that exist in Greek Life, how to go Greek and their role in the recruitment process, and how to go Greek.
This program meets the 5x10 requirement for Inclusive Leadership.

5x10: Calling the Shots

Event Date

The demonstration's purpose is to identify student knowledge regarding alcohol and specifically to convey actual versus perceived alcohol consumption of Lehigh students in an effort to make students cognizant of what they are drinking. This training will discuss how to raise awareness of the effects of alcohol and explain the bystander effect.

Catalyst: A One Day LeaderShape Experience

Catalyst is an opportunity for students to think about the powerful questions that drive action: Am I on the right path? How can I connect with other individuals that share my passions? In a smaller scale version of a day long event, we will engage in meaningful exploration of what our visions for the future look like, and practice developing an authentic path. Catalyst also serves as a preview to our week long leadership institute that takes place over winter break, which we will also touch upon during this session.
