LeaderShape® is a nationally recognized six day experience that is being offered at Lehigh for a second year! Over the course of six days (May 17-22, 2015), you will gain invaluable leadership experience and create lasting connections with other Lehigh undergraduate students, staff and faculty. The mission of LeaderShape® is “to transform the world by increasing the number of people who lead with integrity™ and a healthy disregard for the impossible.”

The Offices of Student Leadership Development and Multicultural Affairs would like to provide you an opportunity to hear about an experience that is being offered to you and to Lehigh students that has the mission “to transform the world by increasing the number of people who lead with integrity™ and a healthy disregard for the impossible.”
LeaderShape® is a nationally recognized six day experience that is being offered at Lehigh for the second year. Over the course of six days (May 16-22, 2015), the Lehigh community will gain invaluable leadership experience and create lasting connections with other Lehigh undergraduate & graduate students, staff and faculty. The focus will be on identity development and inclusive leadership.
We are looking for six faculty and staff members to serve as cluster facilitators. These six individuals will work with a group of 10-12 students during LeaderShape (May 16-May 22, 2015) to assist them in conversations surrounding identity development and inclusive leadership.

STUDENTS: Receive an incentive for completing the MSL!

On Thursday, January 29, 2015, Lehigh will be launching the Multi-Institutional Study of Leadership (MSL), which is an international research survey, administered online, that focuses on understanding the influences of higher education in shaping socially responsible leadership capacities & other related outcomes.
This survey will be sent to all undergraduate students. Information gathered will remain confidential and will not be shared with outside parties beyond MSL administrators. Lehigh needs your help to complete this survey, since the results will assist in the progress of leadership programs and services across campus.
The MSL goes live on Thursday, January 29, 2015 and closes on Friday, February 20! The assessment takes approximately 20 minutes to complete. As a thank you, one out of every 15 people to complete the MSL will receive an incentive (such as an iPad mini, gift cards, or game tickets), just for completing the MSL! GET EXCITED, AND FILL OUT THE MSL!
