Whether you're looking to make more confident decisions as a leader, build deeper relationships, or find a career path that truly resonates with you, understanding your core values is the key. Through a series of engaging activities, participants will identify, prioritize, and reflect on their core personal values. ________ Leadership LaUnchpad is a series of stand-alone leadership workshops throughout the Fall semester designed to assist first-year students to cultivate their leadership skills, discover their personal leadership philosophy, and gain knowledge about current leadership trends. Using the 5 bLUeprint foundations as a premise, students will participate in experiential-learning workshops and group discussions to LaUnch into their leadership journey at Lehigh. These workshops count towards the 5x10 requirement and a meal is provided at each workshop. Due to room capacities and food purposes, students must RSVP on LINC. As a result of participating in this program, students will learn about the structure and mission of the Fraternity and Sorority community, policies and expectations, appropriate interactions with chapters, available opportunities that exist at Lehigh and proper communication methods.
