Lehigh After Dark (LAD) Ambassador
Position Summary:
The Lehigh After Dark (LAD) Ambassadors are student workers who assist with Lehigh After Dark (LAD) events. LAD is a program offering expanded social options for students on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights that do not have alcohol. This approximate max 8-10 hour per week paid position requires attending paid weekly check-ins and staff meetings, as well as time rotated throughout the month to facilitate LAD Programs on a Thursday, Friday, or Saturday night.
Position Summary:

Responsible for leading LAD Program initiatives (i.e. Thursday Night Trivia, Wingo, Art Night)

Monitor inventory and organization of designated Lehigh After Dark program

Work closely with other LAD Ambassadors as a team to coordinate and staff events evenly

Work with student group leaders to communicate event needs

Assist LAD staff with any necessary marketing and promotional needs
Job Functions:

Supervised and managed by HAPS Staff

Coordinating student group communication

Serve as an ambassador for Lehigh After Dark and HAPS

Responsible for maintaining inventory of program materials

Attend and engage in scheduled meetings including, but not limited to, weekly check-in and staff meetings

Attend and participate in staff development activities including, but not limited to team building and retreats
Skills, Qualifications, Compensation:

Must be available to work Lehigh After Dark programs that take place on Thursday, Friday, or Saturday evenings- and work at least two events/month

Must be able to work in a team environment

Must be able to communicate effectively

$12.00 per hour (Level 3) approximately 8-10 hours per week (max 10)
