Join other Lehigh students, faculty, and staff for the 2024 South Mountain BioBlitz, a community biodiversity survey whose goal is to bring together people from across the university to catalog all of the plants, animals, and fungi present in the South Mountain ecosystem as part of this year's Bethlehem City Nature Challenge. We will be using the iNaturalist platform to record and identify organism observations. No prior experience is required to participate. The program for this event (available at https://tinyurl.com/2f9b8ayu) will include a breakfast and social hour, orientation session, surveying period, and upload/identification session. Food and transportation to and from the survey site on South Mountain will be provided to participants.
