This 60-minute drop-in workshop focuses on mindfulness - or the practice of getting in touch with the present moment, without judgment or evaluation. This includes rotation through four workshops that cycle through four different ways to practice and explore mindfulness. All students are welcome. No previous experience needed.

Trauma-informed yoga is a research proven way to help survivors of sexual trauma and those experiencing vicarious and secondary trauma heal from their trauma symptoms. It is a combination of focused breathing and mindfulness skills, as well as healing poses. Trauma-informed yoga is an opportunity to learn how to work with your own discomforts. It is a judgment free zone where every participant is able to go at their own pace and skill level. The practice is not meant to be a high cardio or strength training workout, it focuses on grounding, breathing, and mindfulness with comfortable, stretching poses.
Our instructor, Liz Jordon, is certified in trauma-informed practice. The instructor does not leave her own mat and will never touch participants to adjust their pose throughout the practice. It is a space where your body is entirely yours.
Students, faculty, and staff of all gender identities at all levels of healing from primary, secondary, and vicarious trauma are welcome and can benefit from trauma-informed yoga.

Lehigh Libraries is sponsoring Sonnet Slam on Friday, April 7 at 8pm in Lucy's Cafe in Linderman Library. Come out for an open mic poetry reading event! Attendees can read sonnets, or any other poem that they choose. We're having a Shakespeare theme because April is the 400th anniversary of the publication of Shakespeare's First Folio. In addition to the poetry reading, we will ask attendees to cosplay their favorite character from Shakespeare's plays. Free pizza!!
Join Lehigh After Dark and Taylor Gym for DODGEBALL on Friday, April 14 at 8pm at Taylor Gym (4th Floor basketball court)! Bring your competetive spirit, feel free to come with a team, or come and jump in when a spot opens up! All supplies provided and no experience necessary.
