After the LeaderShape Institute, all participants live each day as Day 7. There are formal and informal ways to experience Day 7.
In the semester following the Institute, LeaderShapers continue working on their visions and enacting changes that they sought out to accomplish through the Day 7 program.
Participants and Cluster Facilitators meet monthly in a series of large group meetings and individual cluster family meetings to catch up and support each other as they implement their visions.
Participants are also asked to identify a learning partner who can provide them with one-on-one guidance for their vision and other aspects of their lives.
