Lehigh University is the host school for the Steel Battalion, with military science instruction conducted primarily at Lehigh University and some courses also available at Lafayette College and Kutztown University, Berks. Enrollment in to the Steel Battalion is open to students of all LVAIC schools in the Lehigh Valley. Students must be enrolled full-time in one of eleven nearby institutions and still participate in Army ROTC through Lehigh University. Full course credit is offered at most institutions.
