Have trouble knowing how to study?  Discover proven methods for effective studying that work for you!  Join the OAT to uncover different techniques that facilitate retaining information and performing better in exams. 

10/1 @ 4 PM - Note Taking 101

Master the art of taking organized and efficient notes that enhance your understanding and retention of course material.  The OAT note-taking workshop will introduce various methods to help you find the best approach for your needs.

10/8 @ 4 PM - How to Keep Going When the Going Gets Tough: Growth Mindset Edition

Explore the concept of a growth mindset and how it can transform your approach to challenges and learning.  The Office of Academic Transition presents the first part of the "How to Keep Going When the Going Gets Tough" workshop series where you will learn about developing resilience, embracing mistakes as learning opportunities, and fostering a love for continuous improvement.
