Survivor Interactive Maze

Turning Point of the Lehigh Valley Presents: Survivor Interactive Maze (SIM) Activity
Interact through the eyes of a survivor to simulate some choices and challenges that may affect survivors of intimate partner abuse. In this interactive and in-person simulation, participants will take on the role of a unique survivor identity and navigate through some of the life circumstances and challenges that survivors of dating and intimate partner violence often face. This adaptation is specifically geared towards college-age and young adult participants, who may be concerned with navigating shared workspaces and housing, staying safe from former partners, or coming out about their sexual/gender identity to family and friends.

Rossin College Graduate School Fair

This engaging workshop is designed to enhance your active listening skills and transform the way you connect with others by taking a self-assessment and participating in a fun listening challenge. By the end of this workshop, you'll discover the power of truly hearing and understanding those around you.

Leadership LaUnchpad is a series of stand-alone leadership workshops throughout the Fall semester designed to assist first-year students to cultivate their leadership skills, discover their personal leadership philosophy, and gain knowledge about current leadership trends. Using the 5 bLUeprint foundations as a premise, students will participate in experiential-learning workshops and group discussions to LaUnch into their leadership journey at Lehigh. These workshops count towards the 5x10 requirement and a meal is provided at each workshop. Due to room capacities and food purposes, students must RSVP on LINC.

Drugs, Alcohol and Consent: Can They Mix?

This program breaks down the myths and states the facts regarding sexual violence. Students will learn about intoxicating substances such as alcohol and date-rape drugs as well as their effects. Risk-reduction strategies, boundaries, and bystander intervention will also be discussed as students engage in a conversation based on consent, alcohol, and communication.

Optional Practical Training (OPT) Workshop

For students on an F-1 visa nearing graduation!
Come join the Office of International Students & Scholars to learn how to apply for Optional Practical Training (OPT). OPT is a type of work authorization for F-1 students that allows you work in the United States for 12 months after graduation. This workshop will cover what OPT is, how to apply, and how to maintain your F-1 status once your OPT is approved. We encourage students to review our OPT website prior to the workshop.

Little Brown Box: Scavenger Hunt

Join us for a scavenger hunt that explores campus traditions, teaches you about the history of various staple monuments on campus, and explore what it means to wear Brown and White with pride! Each participant will receive their very own Little Brown Box with newly designed Lehigh University cards inside.
We strive for this to be an inclusive, accessible event that enables all individuals to engage fully.
