Great Pocono Escape
This annual 3-day retreat in September consists of various organizations and student leaders engaging in annual planning and team development, and participating in large group activities and conversations to network and foster discussions across students groups.

Leadership Consultants
LCs provide groups with personalized consulting and interactive workshops that will enhance their overall leadership potential and knowledge. They receive intensive training in facilitation skills and leadership concepts to provide interactive, energetic, and informative programs for their peers.
Ropes Course
Our outdoor elements are designed to create unique and challenging problem solving scenarios. It is a dynamic and fun experiences designed to help individuals and teams to maximize their leadership potential.

Urban Ops
Urban Ops: NYC, a preLUsion program, provides opportunities for first-year students and squad leaders to explore Lehigh and New York City. Throughout the experience, participants meet with Lehigh alumni and learn leadership concepts of group dynamics that will help people navigate the many involvement opportunities at Lehigh.
