We encourage our members to promote integrity, character, honesty, and self-confidence while promoting unity, friendship, and professionalism. Come out to the first Wingo of the Sping 2020 semester for Wings and Bingo- vegetarian options will also be provided. One of our most popular Lehigh After Dark events, this Saturday's Wingo will be sponsored by the Peer Health Advisors, enjoy some free food, and maybe even walk away with a prize or two.

Attention students! If you want to make a tangible impact on campus, meet new friends, and/or develop your leadership skills, apply for a seat on Student Senate XXXII. Your voice and opinions can help shape the future of Lehigh University. As a Senator, you will be able to collaborate with fellow students and administrators, make positive changes around campus and in Bethlehem, provide funding to hundreds of clubs, and market Lehigh events! Student Senate is the governing body for all undergraduate students and recognized student organizations at Lehigh. The purpose of the Student Senate is to promote positive change on campus and be a platform for undergraduate ideas and concerns. Our meetings are held every Tuesday from 4:30-5:55 PM in Sinclair Auditorium. Additionally, we host an on-campus Winter Retreat for returning and new Senators on Sunday, February 2nd. You must be available for both commitments to apply for a seat. If you would like to join, please submit an application here before noon on Friday, January 24th. Trauma-informed yoga is a research proven way to help survivors of trauma and vicarious trauma deal with their trauma symptoms. It is a combination of focused breathing and mindfulness skills, as well as healing poses. Trauma-informed yoga is an opportunity to learn how to work with your own discomforts. It is a judgement free zone where every participant is able to go at their own pace and skill level. The practice is not meant to be a high cardio or strength testing workout, it focuses on grounding, breathing, and mindfulness with comfortable, stretching poses. Our instructor, Liz Jordon, is certified in trauma-informed practice. The instructor does not leave her own mat and will never touch participants to adjust their pose throughout the practice. It is a space where your body is entirely yours. Students, faculty, and staff of all gender identities at all levels of healing after a trauma are welcome and can benefit from trauma-informed yoga.
