Applicants for the CSO student coordinator position should be starting either their first or second year as an undergraduate student at Lehigh.

No previous experience is needed for any of our roles - just a willingness to learn! We are looking for students who are collaborative, dependable, and excited to contribute to the community.
Yes! We encourage you to apply for any and all positions that align with your interests, skills, and availability.
If selected to be a school-based position (lunch bunch mentor, tutor, tutor driver), you are eligible to hold an additional work-study position with our office or elsewhere on campus.
No! While all of our positions are work-study eligible, you are able to work as a volunteer and utilize your work-study award with another on-campus position.
Only the tutor driver position is wage-eligible.
We understand that you're balancing a lot while a student at Lehigh. We work with our student staff to submit availability to create schedules for each semester that support both team needs and your other priorities.
Once your work schedule is set, you would be expected to work the same shifts every week through the end of the semester. Schedules are created and set for each academic semester.
Each position's website has specifics on the hiring process and timeline. In general, we recommend submitting your application as soon as possible, well before the application deadline.
We get it - that's normal! Many of our student employees begin with little or no direct experience. Our goal is to support you as you learn and provide the tools you'll need to be successful in your new role.
