The following information explains the registration process for the TWO types of Lehigh conference participants that will attend Altitude. Please read the instructions below thoroughly before proceeding to the registration page. One will more accurately describe your participation category.

 

Lehigh Students registering WITHOUT affiliation to a department, club or organization:
Proceed to the registration page and choose the second registration option (Individuals Lehigh or Non-Lehigh) in the "Ticket Information" box.

Credit Card payment (Master Card, Visa, American Express, Discover) is the only accepted form of payment for individuals registering WITHOUT affiliation to a department, club or organization.

 

Lehigh Students registering IN AFFILIATION with a department, club or organization:


Before registering: A department, club or organization representative must email inalt@lehigh.edu with your name and the name of the organization you are a part of that will be sponsoring your attendance (noted "ticket" in the registration system).

The Altitude staff will then send you a personal discount code. Once you have received the code, you can proceed to the registration page. Select the Lehigh Club/Department/Organization option in the "Ticket Information" box. Enter your personal discount code at the bottom of the box, just above the orange "Order Now" button.**

Departmental or Lehigh Club Account Transfer (Lehigh University Controller's Office Funding Transfer Form) is the PREFERRED* form of payment for participants registering IN AFFILIATION with a department, club or organization.

 

Altitude Scholarships Available for Lehigh Students Provided by the Dean of Students Office: 
Are you interested in attending Altitude but have financial restrictions? Are you on financial aid? Are you a work study student at Lehigh University? You may be eligible for a scholarship to attend the event free of charge! Please complete the Altitude Scholarship Request Form and mail it to inalt@lehigh.edu. Please keep in mind that scholarships are accepted on a rolling basis.  Students can also use the Student Opportunity Fund to Register for Altitude.  Please note that this fund can only be used once per year.  Altitude Scholarships are only available to Lehigh Students.
(FINANCIAL AID IS NOT A REQUIREMENT FOR SCHOLARSHIP ACCEPTANCE)

* Please email inalt@lehigh.edu for questions regarding this, or additional forms of group payment.

** Utilizing the personal discount code is the only way to access the discounted group rates for registration cost. Money will not be refunded should groups register with a credit card payment and then contact the Altitude staff about the discounted rates.

*** IN REGARDS TO REFUNDS: There will be no refunds available after registration. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another Lehigh or Non-Lehigh student. Please make the Altitude staff aware of the attendee change by February 15th, 2014.
