COVID 19 Self Reporting Instructions
Both the patient waiting room on the 2nd Floor, and the University Food Pantry & Resource Center located on the 3rd floor have over-the-counter antigen COVID tests available for student use. If you take a test at home, and it is POSITIVE please upload an image of the result through your Student Health Portal using the "Document Upload" button on the top of the homepage.
