COVID 19 Self Reporting Instructions
If you have taken a COVID-19 test at home and it is POSITIVE please upload an image of the result through your Student Health Portal using the "Document Upload" button on the top of the homepage. Instructions for isolation, close contact notification, and resources are available here.
