The Center for Academic Success is committed to providing academic support for students during the time of remote instruction. We will be using technology to facilitate the delivery of services. Please do not hesitate to call (610-758-5181) or email ( with any questions.



Group tutoring will take place on Zoom. Your tutor will send you the Zoom link for your tutoring session 15 minutes before the session takes place. Please note all tutoring sessions are set to EAST COAST time.

Students can sign up for group tutoring through Retain, our online tutor management system. If you are already signed up for a group, please look for an email from your tutor.

Students can join walk-in and residential tutoring through the Zoom links on our website beginning on Monday, March 16. You will be assisted on a first-come first-served basis. Please note: all tutoring sessions are set to EAST COAST time.


ACES will be conducted through Zoom. You will receive a link to the sessions ahead of our scheduled meeting time.

Learning and Study Skills Appointments

Students may continue to request learning and study skills appointments. These sessions will be conducted through Zoom. A link will be sent to you once the session is scheduled.

Section 3 Notices

The Section 3 process requires that students have a conversation with their professor and advisor and obtain their signature then return the signed letter to the Center for Academic Success. During the time of remote instruction, students can complete the Section 3 process by communicating with their professor and advisor and receiving their electronic signatures to submit to the Center for Academic Success OR by forwarding the approval emails from their professor and advisor to Kara Uhrich at
