Space Request Guidelines for University Groups
To maintain the unique pricing structure available to University-affiliated groups, the following guidelines must be followed when reserving campus spaces:
University Affiliation: The hosting group must consist primarily of students, faculty, administrators, or staff affiliated with the University.
University Relevance: The primary activity or event must be directly related to the University’s mission or community.
Billing Requirement: A valid University index number must be provided at the time of reservation. All associated charges will be billed accordingly.

Please be advised that due to limited space availability within Student Center Operations-managed venues, our office reserves the right to relocate events to a more appropriate location based on the size and/or function of the event. This ensures optimal use of our facilities and supports the needs of the broader University community.
