Some initiatives for our campus community include:

Lehigh After Dark

Lehigh After Dark (LAD) helps create a vibrant campus nightlife by sponsoring a variety of social options that do not focus on alcohol. LAD funds undergraduate student groups to create and host fun and exciting events that are held on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights and are open to the entire campus community.

Online Training Programs

Three online trainings are offered through Get Inclusive and are available to all students throughout the academic year. First-year and transfer students are expected to complete the Student Wellness AOD Course. Courses on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion as well as Mental Well-Being are also available upon request.

InSTALLments

The InSTALLments are an innovative communication tool that aligns and integrates health education and public health. Its goal is to promote individual and community health by providing accessible and actionable health information to all Lehigh students, staff, and faculty. Issues may be viewed in the restroom stalls of all academic and residential buildings around campus.

Wellness Wagon

Have you seen our office and Peer Health Advisors around campus with the Wellness Wagon!? We push a cart filled with free health resources for students such as personal health items, condoms, emergency contraceptives, and information on health and well-being resources across campus.

Food Truck Friday

Food Truck Friday is a harm-reduction approach to alcohol consumption. The goal of this data-informed, geo-mapped protective behavioral strategy is to increase student access to free food and water if they decide to consume alcohol. This event uses local community vendors in the southside of Bethlehem to encourage safe behaviors.

Knit 2gether

This collaboration between the HAPS Office and the University Counseling and Psychological Services (UCPS) offers weekly in-person group sessions where students can learn to knit and navigate life together. This workshop is open to all enrolled undergraduate and graduate students. No previous experience is needed, and all supplies are provided!

Headspace

Lehigh has partnered with Headspace, an award-winning research-backed app, to provide all students with free access to the entire Headspace Library, including guided meditations on stress, self-esteem, and relationships, sleep casts for restful nights, daily Wake Up videos to start your day inspired, and move mode for quick workouts that train your body and mind.
