The primary responsibility of the student worker will be to assist with Lehigh After Dark (LAD), a program that offers expanded social options for students on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights.This 10 hour per week position requires flexibility in hours with nights and weekends occasionally required on a weekly basis. This position will help to manage LAD student staff in the coordination and execution of programming.
Job Functions:

Will supervise LAD Ambassador team, including communication, inventory needs, and manage work hours as per the schedule.

Runs meetings or assigns someone to run meetings, keeps meeting notes and attendance.

Monitor event sign-ups and ensure staffing is efficient

Work closely with HAPS and LAD staff to ensure all operational and logistical functions are being maintained and executed.

Check-in and work Lehigh After Dark programs that take place on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evenings when needed

Assists in hiring/interview process and initiation of new Ambassadors
