Your journey at Lehigh begins with a deeper connection - to your peers, your passions, and the South Bethlehem community. This three-day immersive experience is designed for students who want to engage in meaningful service, explore social issues, and develop leadership skills while getting to know the place they'll call home. Through hands-on projects, reflective discussions, and team-building activities, you'll gain a better understanding of what it means to be an engaged member of both the Lehigh and Bethlehem communities.
What You'll Do:
- Serve with Purpose - Collaborate with community partners on projects that make a real impact.
- Develop Leadership Skills - Engage in interactive workshops and team-building challenges that will shape your Lehigh experience.
- Discover Your Role in the Community - Gain insight into Bethlehem's unique history, challenges, and opportunities for involvement beyond your first few days on campus.
- Meet Awesome Mentors & Future Makers - Get advice from upperclass mentors who will share their experiences and insights and get to know your future classmates.
- Experience Bethlehem Beyond Campus - Create lasting memories with special events designed to help you connect with community changemakers, experience life beyond campus, and kick off your college experience.
