Carlee Warfield

Carlee Warfield is the Assistant Director for First-Year Experience. She earned her B.A. in Political Science from Bryn Mawr College and M.Ed. in Higher Education and Student Affairs Administration from Rosemont College. Carlee gained experience in student involvement and academic support services through graduate assistantships prior to starting at Lehigh in July 2025. She is excited to support incoming, transfer, and commuter students in her role. Outside of work, Carlee enjoys baking, crafting, and spending time with her cats.
