What piece of advice would you offer Lehigh students on getting involved?
Getting Involved is very important in so many ways, for some of us who are introverts it can be challenging at times to get out of our comfort zones. 
My advice to Lehigh students is to step out of your comfort zones and get involved with something that you are passionate about and meet new people. Join a club or Organization and build leadership skills and experiences. It will help you grow as a person and give you the confidence to step out of your comfort zone (I know from my own experience). It is important to understand that college is not only about the classes, but it is also the outside experiences that adds to the college years experience.

What is your personal definition on Leadership? 
My personal definition of Leadership is a shared vision that should be based on trust and commitment for the better good.
