LAP takes you to the great outdoors on an unforgettable trip where you’ll step outside your comfort zone, embrace the leader within you, and meet some of the best people who will help make your Lehigh experience truly amazing.

Leadership LaUnchpad is a series of stand-alone leadership workshops throughout the Fall semester designed to assist first-year students to cultivate their leadership skills, discover their personal leadership philosophy, and gain knowledge about current leadership trends.

For the past couple of years, our office has sponsored a couple of students to attend a national leadership conference to learn more about current leadership topics and trends!

This program is designed to foster a sense of community among students on campus while equipping them with essential skills and perspectives for effective leadership.

The purpose of this quantative survey was to understand how students' view and assess leadership skills at Lehigh University.

8 undergraduate students participated in the first cohort of the Student Leadership Advisory Team at Lehigh. Their contributions in these meetings led to the improvements of many areas in our office.
